Workshop

Breathwork for Stress Relief and Meditative States

A guided breathwork journey designed to move you from stress and mental noise into a state of deep relaxation and inner stillness. Using breath as a bridge between body and mind, this session works in two phases — first releasing held tension, then easing you into a meditative state.
This is not a meditation class that asks you to simply sit and be still. It meets you where you are — in the agitation, the restlessness, the mental chatter — and uses breath to move through it rather than around it.

Why breathwork first

Stress and anxiety activate the body's natural survival response. Over time, this shows up physically as muscle tension, unexplained pain, shallow breathing, tightness in the chest, a restless mind, or difficulty switching off. The body becomes a source of constant distraction, making stillness-based practices like meditation genuinely difficult to access. Not because you're doing it wrong, but because the body is busy managing its own stress response.

Breathwork offers a way in before the stillness. By actively working with the breath first, we give the nervous system a chance to release what it's been holding, making the shift into deep relaxation and meditative states more natural, and less forced.

The workshop is structured in two phases:
Phase 1: Participants are guided through a more active breathing pattern and some bodywork to help move and release stored tension and emotional charge.
Phase 2:  As the body discharges tension, the nervous system settles and the breath softens. From this place of calm, a deeper meditative state becomes naturally accessible.
Throughout both phases, participants are guided wearing wireless headphones, with immersive soundscapes chosen to support each stage of the journey and ease the nervous system into deeper presence.

Who this is for
Anyone who finds conventional meditation hard to access because the mind is too busy, the body too tense, or stillness too out of reach. No prior breathwork or meditation experience needed.
