Spring does not force itself to bloom, it unfolds when it feels ready. After a season of turning inward and guarding its energy, nature expands into colour, scent, beauty and life. It takes up space without apology.
Healing asks the same of us.
When we experience pain or fear, we often close ourselves to protect . Our comfort zone becomes smaller. We create unconscious physical and mental patterns that keep us safe, but also keep us stuck. Over time, this contraction limits our capacity for joy.
The point of healing is not just to process pain, but to move through these layers so we can open ourselves again and receive what is meant for us.
Through yoga, somatic practices, breathwork, movement and bodywork, this retreat is a guided journey of releasing those protective patterns and gently expanding beyond them. With curiosity rather than force, we soften what has been guarded and create space for joy to return.

Silvia Perez is a body-oriented coach and trauma-informed somatic practitioner specialised in breath, body therapy and nervous system regulation.
Susanne is a certified yoga teacher (RYS 200) with a passion for creative exploration who sees yoga as a space for self-inquiry.
